PT. Hoki Distribusi Niaga (HDN) was established in 2020 as a subsidiary of PT. Buyung Poetra Sembada Tbk. (HOKI), a producer and distributor of rice with the brands Topi Koki, HOKI, Setra Ramos, and others. HDN focuses on the FMCG sector to support product development. HDN launched the Dailymeal brand and opened the Warung Koki distribution store, while also beginning to explore the market through collaborations with modern trade, general trade, and e-commerce. HDN strengthens its quality commitment by forming a joint venture with PT. Koki Sehat Sejahtera (KKS), and also expands its distribution nationally.
